Permanent Family Medicine Physician – Lewis County Health System (Lowville, NY)
Delphi Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician for a permanent position with a well-established practice in Lowville, NY. This opportunity arises from an upcoming retirement and offers strong patient volume with excellent APP support.
Position Highlights:

<li>Base salary: up to $358,000 (75% MGMA)</li>
<li>$50,000 start/relocation bonus</li>
<li>RVU productivity bonus (paid quarterly, &gt;75% MGMA)</li>
<li>Established practice: ~120 patient visits/week</li>
<li>Minimal call: only 2–3 days/month for primary care group after-hours calls</li>
<li>Supported by two Family Nurse Practitioners</li>
