We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Manager to grow our footprint across the Central Valley in California. You will be responsible for building relationships with farmers, dealers, vineyard managers, contractors, fleet operators, and public agencies. Your role will focus on identifying customer needs, demonstrating vehicle capabilities, and closing sales of Boson electric equipment.

Quarterly bonus structure:

Flat 3.5% commission on all vehicles sold

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new sales opportunities in target markets including agriculture, construction, municipalities, parks, and vineyards.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and product demonstrations to deal negotiation and closing.

Represent Boson Motors at trade shows, field demonstrations, and industry events.

Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet managers, farm operators, and equipment dealers.

Educate prospects and customers on the performance, sustainability, and cost-saving benefits of Boson electric UTVs.

Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and support product improvements.

Track sales activities using CRM software and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

Stay informed about industry trends, regional incentive programs (e.g., FARMER or Air District vouchers), and competitor products.
Qualifications:

2–4 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in equipment, machinery, agriculture, or EV sectors.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Comfortable with field work, demonstrations, and traveling to customer sites.

Ability to understand technical product features and translate them into customer benefits.

Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)

Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up and down the Central Valley.
