Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and provide receptionist support, ensuring a welcoming and attentive experience.
• Manage inbound calls, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Organize and scan a variety of documents to maintain accurate and accessible records.
• Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
• Assist with scheduling and calendar management to support efficient operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and handle procurement as needed.
• Ensure the office environment remains tidy and organized.
• Support other departments with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.• Prior experience in receptionist or administrative roles is essential.
• Proficiency in scanning and organizing documents efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for handling calls and correspondence.
• Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Competence in using office software, including word processing and spreadsheet tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Detail-oriented approach and ability to interact with clients and colleagues.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications are a plus.
