About the Position

Job Description
Our organization is seeking a full-time staff physical therapist to join our team in Buffalo and Sheridan, Wyoming. The ideal candidate will be eager to advance professionally and build community and professional relationships. We emphasize mentoring and collaboration to ensure each therapist delivers high-quality, patient-centered care.
Your responsibilities will include evaluating and re-evaluating patients, creating suitable care plans, and implementing evidence-based treatment methods to help patients regain their previous levels of function. Additionally, maintaining accurate and current documentation and billing is essential. A solid understanding of the musculoskeletal system, experience with various post-operative protocols, and wound care knowledge are preferred. We actively encourage and financially support specialty certifications and fellowship training. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with highly skilled therapists in a dynamic environment, providing 1:1 care to patients on a 40–60-minute schedule. Compensation is negotiable based on experience, certifications, and specialties.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated work or clinical experience as a physical therapist
- Extensive education and clinical expertise
- Ability to manage patients with diverse personalities
- Current knowledge of treatment methodologies
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
- Professional demeanor
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Valid physical therapy license (willing to consider limited licenses until full licensure is obtained)
- Graduate degree or higher in physical therapy
