We are Service Plumbing Company hiring a Full-Time Receptionist/Office Assistant

DUTIES:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed
  • Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for technicians
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry and filing

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be bilingual
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling software)

Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
