Pay: $25 - $40 per hour
(Pay Based on Experience & Ability)

New Roads AC & Heat has proudly served South Louisiana since 2010. We are looking for an experienced HVACR Service Technician who can diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems while providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems
- Communicate recommendations and repair options with customers
- Complete service documentation accurately
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Follow company safety procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- EPA Certification preferred
- Residential and commercial experience preferred
- Refrigeration experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong communication skills
