Job DescriptionWe are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Burlington, Massachusetts. This role functions within the plumbing industry, and will be conducted on-site.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and concerns
• Accurate data entry for efficient customer service
• Create job carts using service titan software
• Schedule appointments as per customer requirements
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain customer satisfaction
• Multitask efficiently to ensure smooth operations
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks
• Process customer orders accurately and promptly
• Maintain email correspondence to ensure customer queries are addressed in a timely manner
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions• Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service Representative role or a similar position.
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls is a requisite for this role.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is necessary.
• Candidates should have solid data entry skills.
• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and effectively.
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Applicants must be comfortable using Microsoft Word.
• Experience with order entry is highly desirable.
