RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work three 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
\n• Required to work 2 weekend shifts or 4 weekend days per 6 weeks
\n• Holiday coverage as needed
\n• No call responsibilities
\n• Minimum 2 years emergency department experience required
\n• First time travelers accepted
\n• Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH
\n• Preferred certifications: CPI, PALS, TNCC
\n• EPIC experience required
\n• Previous charge RN and Level 2 trauma experience preferred
\n• Must pass mandatory EKG exam during compliance (2 attempts allowed)
\n• Patient ratio experience with 4-5 patients
\n• Handle approximately 180 visits per day in a 63-bed emergency department
\n• Care for adult patients with various diagnoses and emergency conditions
\n• Work in stroke, cardiac, and Level 2 trauma center environment
\n• Float to other campuses as needed
\n• 24-hour orientation required
\n• Complete non-billable modules during orientation (2-4 hours average)

The facility provides 24/7 respiratory therapy support and comprehensive interdisciplinary services including IV teams, radiology, pharmacy, and social services to ensure optimal patient care outcomes.
