Start a rewarding driving career with a company that prioritizes its drivers. We are hiring CDL-A drivers and recent trainees for regional Southeast routes, offering competitive pay, dependable miles, and home time every other week.
Compensation and Mileage

Weekly earnings: $1,300–$1,500 based on experience

Mileage pay: $0.55–$0.65 CPM

Average weekly miles: 1,900–2,200
-
Freight: Dry van, 40% live load, 60% drop & hook, 100% no-touch (lumpers paid when required)

Performance bonuses up to $0.08 CPM for fuel, safety, and on-time delivery
Home Time and Benefits

Home every other week with 34–48 hour reset

Pets: One dog under 30 lbs allowed from Day 1

Riders: Passenger allowed from Day 1

Paid orientation including travel, hotel, and training

Full benefits after 30 days: Medical, Dental, 401K, PTO

Additional pay: Detention, layovers, extra stops

Equipment
-
Trucks: Freightliner, Kenworth T680, International (2020 & newer)

Automatic transmissions with APU for comfort

No slip seating – take your truck home
Trainee Program
-
Recent CDL-A graduates with 120+ training hours from accredited school eligible
-
Paid training: $650/week for 4–6 weeks (regional & OTR)

Home every other week during training

Pet and rider policies apply after training completion
Requirements

CDL-A license holder, 21+ years old
-
Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in last 5 years

Stable 10-year employment history with no unexplained gaps

No DUI/DWI, felonies, or misdemeanors in last 10 years
-
Must pass urine and hair follicle drug tests
Income Potential

Annual earnings: $62,400–$75,000
