Job Description
Peoples National Bank is seeking a highly motivated, customer service oriented individual to fill the Head Teller position at our McLeansboro, IL branches.
Applicants should have teller and operations experience, supervisory experience, effective customer service skills and knowledge of bank products.
Position will be responsible for coordinating daily activity of teller staff, resolving customer issues, and overseeing vault cash and balancing, cross-selling of bank products, training and development of teller staff, and enforcing bank policies and procedures.
Duties Included:

<li>Conducting customer transactions on the teller line</li>
<li>Coordinating teller staff</li>
<li>Resolving customer questions</li>
<li>Overseeing daily teller balancing</li>
<li>Providing teller training</li>
<li>Ensuring compliance of all bank policies and regulations</li>
