We are seeking a proactive and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our York manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will lead by example, foster a culture of safety, coach and mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement in production processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the efficient operation of the Manufacturing Lines, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Train, coach, and mentor production team members to build skills, improve performance, and support career growth.
- Ensure that production schedules and efficiency goals are achieved.
- Maintain and continuously improve quality standards.
- Be knowledgeable of all jobs, tasks, and functions on the Manufacturing Line to fully support them.
- Operate all equipment and be knowledgeable of equipment capabilities.
- Daily monitor production standards and goals.
- Monitor payroll for accuracy and adherence to policies.
- Build a cohesive team that works towards departmental and company goals.
- Achieve department budget goals.
- Provide direction to the Manufacturing and Warehouse staff through the management team.
- Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality, sanitation, personnel, maintenance, equipment, and food safety.
- May be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week periodically as business needs require.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.

This is a Contract position based out of York, ME.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
