Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately through phone, email, and online systems
- Answer inbound customer calls and assist with product inquiries, order status, returns, and issue resolution
- Follow up with customers via email to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution of requests
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions within the CRM system
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Handle multiple customer requests while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in beauty, retail, or e-commerce
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computer order entry systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience using CRM software preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
Preferred Skills:
- Experience processing orders and handling high-volume customer inquiries
- Knowledge of beauty, skincare, or cosmetic products
- Familiarity with order management and customer support systems
