IPS is a behavioral healthcare company that specializes in outpatient mental health and substance misuse treatment for adults in socioeconomically diverse populations in Dallas, Ellis, and Kaufman Counties. IPS specializes in the provision of outpatient clinical services. Using empirically validated and evidence-based treatment, IPS strives to ensure the highest level of care for our clients. IPS is seeking individuals that are passionate about helping those that struggle with mental illness, substance misuse, homelessness, and forensically involved clientele. We are currently seeking a Therapist/Psychoeducational Clinician to join our team!
Duties/Responsibilities
The Psychoeducational Clinician’s primary role is to provide therapeutic interventions to patients, including psychosocial rehabilitation, skill building, linkage to community resources, rapport building, and relapse prevention planning.
As part of the multidisciplinary team, the psychoeducational clinician will:
Engage with clients in clinic based settings.
Conduct psychoeducational sessions in both individual and group settings.
Collaborate with other team members to improve patient symptomatology
Participate in treatment team meetings
Complete treatment planning and treatment plan reviews
Complete all clinical documentation within appropriate time frames
Utilize effective time management to ensure achievement of weekly goals and expectations.

Requirements/Qualifications

Experience with group facilitation, therapy or case management.

Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related human services field.

Reliable transportation
Licenses and Certifications: LPC-A/LPCC, LAC, LPC; LMSW, LCSW, LCDC- preferred but not required

Monday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday: 12 p.m. to 9. p.m.
Wednesday: 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Thursday: 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Location: KAUFMAN LOCATION
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.91 - $30.28 per hour (Depending on licensure)
Monday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday: 12 p.m. to 9. p.m. Wednesday: 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday: 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
