JOB SUMMARY
This role performs manufacturing tasks to transform raw materials into final products, including decontamination, product transfer, and maintenance connection software. It involves operating laboratory instruments according to work instructions, company policies, and SOPs, and supporting daily management by driving problem-solving with data and suggesting countermeasures.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform manufacturing tasks to transform raw materials into final products.
• Conduct decontamination processes, product transfer, and maintenance connection software tasks.
• Operate laboratory instruments as needed to complete assigned tasks.
• Adhere to all work instructions, company policies, and procedures.
• Strictly follow customer-specific and general work instructions and SOPs.
• Support daily management through assessment to drive problem-solving with data.
• Suggest countermeasures based on problem-solving assessments.
Required Qualifications
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in a variety of PC software programs with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to exert 20-50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or 10-15 lbs. of force frequently.
Preferred Qualifications
• An associate degree.
• At least 12 months of laboratory and/or life sciences experience.
