Job DescriptionMust have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
· Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)designed by a BCBA.
· Collect and record client behavior data.
· Assist in developing social, communication, anddaily living skills.
· Follow protocols to manage challengingbehaviors.
· Maintain a safe, supportive therapy environment.
· Communicate regularly with supervisors regardingclient progress.
· Participate in ongoing training and development.
· Maintain client confidentiality and adhere toHIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or higher
· Active RBT certification through the BehaviorAnalyst Certification Board (BACB).- required
