Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Powder Coating / Painting Technician to support our finishing operations. This position is responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing parts to meet quality and production standards.
Duties:
<ul>
<li>Prep, powder coat, and paint metal parts</li>
<li>Operate curing ovens</li>
<li>Inspect finished products and perform touch-ups</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, safe workspace</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs</li>
<li>Attention to detail</li>
<li>Bilingual a plus (not required)</li>
</ul>
Schedule: Monday–Friday
