We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about marketing execution. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting campaign development, coordinating marketing materials, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events

  • Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and partners to manage project timelines

  • Create, proofread, and edit marketing materials

  • Maintain up-to-date records of campaign assets and performance metrics

  • Track project progress and prepare regular status reports

  • Support market research and analysis activities

  • Assist in budget tracking and invoice processing related to marketing efforts

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
