Job DescriptionInstallation Technicians – Aurora, CO

Schedule and Compensation
- Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Fridays available for overtime
- Pay: $23–$27 per hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities
As an Installation Technician, you’ll be involved in hands-on work across a range of vehicles and systems:
- Assemble and upfit trailers, vans, trucks, RVs, and other platforms
- Install generators, wire harnesses, control switches, and hydraulic components
- Conduct in-process inspections to ensure quality standards
- Operate various hand and power tools
- Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in assembly or installation
- Proficient in crimping, harnessing, point-to-point wiring, and tool usage
- Ability to read and apply blueprints and electrical schematics
- Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- OSHA certifications are a plus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
