Job DescriptionDegree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Philadelphia, PA Area | Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available | Summer 2026 and 2026-2027 School Year

Soliant is currently partnering with school districts throughout the Philadelphia area to identify Speech Language Pathologists for upcoming opportunities. We are seeking professionals who are passionate about supporting students' communication needs and helping them succeed academically and socially.

Compensation is based on experience, credentials, assignment requirements, and district budget.

How You'll Contribute

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
  • Deliver speech-language services based on student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions
  • Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
  • Monitor student growth and adjust interventions accordingly

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Pennsylvania SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • School-based experience is a plus but not required
