We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Client Manager to oversee and manage relationships with assigned clients in a fully remote capacity. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and value delivery while coordinating internal resources to meet contractual and service expectations.

This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.


Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships

Understand client needs, objectives, and service requirements

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery

Monitor account performance, service metrics, and client satisfaction

Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and upselling where appropriate

Prepare and deliver client reports, reviews, and presentations

Address client concerns, escalate issues as needed, and drive resolution


Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Minimum of 4–7 years of experience in client management, account management, or customer success

Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills

Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual collaboration tools

Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SaaS, professional services, or B2B environments

Demonstrated success in client retention and revenue growth

Experience working with enterprise or strategic accounts


Compensation:

Annual Salary Range: $85,000 – $120,000 USD, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and geographic location

Performance Bonus: Eligible for annual or quarterly performance-based incentives
