Job DescriptionWork Type: Full time, onsite, direct hire Compensation: $70k-75k/year
Responsibilities
- Solicit bids from subcontractors for new and ongoing projects
- Pre-qualify subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance standards
- Set up and monitor option costs and sales pricing
- Maintain and update current budgets
- Analyze revised bids and obtain approvals for any cost increases
- Prepare direct cost analyses and variance reports for review
- Input and manage original direct cost budgets
- Execute lot starts and perform final reviews of all unit costs
- Track blueprints and manage design change updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university OR
- 1-2 years of related experience and/or training OR
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
