Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated individual whose main focus is to ensure tasks associated with term preparation are completed appropriately and provide general administrative support to students, staff, and faculty on behalf of the Education department.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Heavy Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets usage. Must possess above-average skills.
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Education Department.
- Manage Education Department class term audits.
- Report generation.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) generation.
- Helps with Canvas course shells created by Campus Nexus.
- Facilitates Student Academic Support calendars by setting up all scheduled sessions in Calendly.
- Manages course surveys distributed through EvaluationKit.
- Manages Campus Nexus maintenance as it relates to:
- Assigning grading instructors to courses.
- Updating class schedules.
- Updating any specific class setup settings.
- Facilitates various Program Chair-assigned Campus Nexus Activity audits.
- Manages students' accounts for various educational resources.
- Manages Faculty Hours Ratio data collection.
- Attendance at regular Education Department meetings.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and researching education technology options.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, as determined by the Education Department
Experience
- Required: 3+ years Microsoft Office Suite (Especially Excel)
- Required: 3+ years Google Workspace Applications
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in Canvas
- Preferred: Experience with CPR training
Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Knowledge of and ability to apply relevant current education methodologies and techniques

- Monday - Thursday: 8 am - 7 pm or 7 am - 6 pm
- Friday-Sunday: Off
Salary
- $48,000/ Annually Based on Prior Education and Experience
