Marketing Manager / Social Media Manager
Construction Firm – New York, NY
We’re a growing construction firm in NYC looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager / Social Media Manager to elevate our brand and digital presence.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing, brand, and content strategies
- Own and manage all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.)
- Lead digital presence — including website content, SEO, analytics, and paid campaigns
- Write and design compelling content: posts, proposals, case studies, presentations
- Oversee creative production and partner with designers, videographers, and agencies
- Drive proposal development and support business development efforts
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels
What You Bring
- 3+ years of marketing/social media experience (agency, B2B, or construction industry a plus)
- Strong writing, storytelling, and project management skills
- Comfortable owning strategy and execution with minimal direction
- Passion for building brand awareness and meaningful engagement
- Familiarity with digital analytics and marketing tools
