Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
\n• 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
\n• Weekend rotation every 3rd weekend
\n• No on-call responsibilities
\n• PT license required
\n• CPR certification required
\n• AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS certification required
\n• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if license obtained on or after January 2016
\n• Minimum 2 years experience working in the submitted unit specialty within the last 3 months
\n• ICU experience preferred but not required
\n• No requests for time off can be considered for Monday through Friday during the month of September
\n\n
