Assistant Nurse Manager (Overnight)

We aim to empower each client with a deep understanding of their disorder and a personalized path to recovery. Now, we are looking for a passionate Assistant Nurse Manager to help lead our dedicated nursing team!
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations, medication administration, and medical treatment.
- Participate in scheduling, leading, and developing our nursing staff.
- Ensure adherence to medical safety standards and maintain consistency with nursing practices.
- Liaise between administration, physicians, pharmacy, clinical staff, and clients on behalf of the Nurse Manager.
- Share call rotation responsibilities with the Nurse Manager in this full-time, salaried-exempt leadership role.
Your Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license (or license eligible); pursuing a BSN is a plus!
- Previous experience in nursing operations leadership, preferably in a hospital or residential setting.
- Experience with Mental Health or Behavioral Health patient populations is essential.
- Strong communication and time management skills, with a focus on safety and teamwork.
- Current CPR/BLS certification (Monte Nido & Affiliates will provide training if needed).
