Duties
- Manage the front desk by greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
- Coordinate training development programs for employees
- Maintain phone etiquette standards in all communications
- Perform various administrative tasks to support office operations
- Assist with human resources functions such as employee onboarding and record-keeping
- Organize and maintain office files and documents
- Utilize phone systems to handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently

Skills
- Proficient in office management procedures and practices
- Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and external contacts effectively
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Knowledge of human resources processes is a plus
- Familiarity with filing systems and document management
- Ability to operate phone systems and handle calls professionally
