Custom Cabinet Manufacturing
Pay: $25–$27/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM (approx. 45 hours/week, guaranteed overtime)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Stain, paint, and finish custom wood cabinets to a high‑quality standard
- Prepare surfaces for finishing, including sanding and paint prep
- Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet expectations before shipping
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Work at your own workstation building and finishing cabinet components
- Help oversee the finishing area and support/train entry‑level finishers as needed
- Assist where needed to keep projects on track
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of wood finishing experience (cabinetry or similar wood products)
- Experience staining, painting, and surface preparation
- Comfortable applying stain by rag and achieving consistent finishes
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools confidently
- Cabinetry experience is a strong plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mitchell, SD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
