Location: Nashua, NH- In Person
Compensation: $16.00- $17.50
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
Experience Level: 5 Years of Licensed Driving Experience Preferred/ Customer Service experience preferred.
JOB SUMMARY:
A Sanel NAPA Dispatcher leads the Delivery Driving team to success by accurately staging orders, planning efficient and timely local delivery runs using NAPA Delivery Tracker Software, to safely dispatch the driving team members to their destinations. Coordinates deliveries and communications to all wholesale customers while providing leadership and direction to the team of Delivery Drivers. Serves as the link between commercial accounts, the store team, and the outside sales team, to ensure high level of customer service, clear communications, and a culture of safety are maintained and championed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assigns Delivery Drivers to make delivery runs by considering product to be delivered, customer locations, customer priority level, wait times, and traffic patterns at various times of day.
- Tracks the progress that Delivery Drivers make along their routes.
- Balances and adjusts workloads, break times, and customer needs when assigning Delivery Drivers.
- Monitors Department hours to maintain budget needs.
- Receives and resolves any requests or complaints made by the customers.
- Acts as Delivery Driver when/if needed during peak delivery times.
- Oversees/orchestrates the pulling of parts for delivery orders and attaches appropriate hazardous sheets.
- Ensures customer returns are picked up at customer locations and that credit is processed in an expedient manner.
- Champion and adhere to company safety rules and regulations including the use of appropriate safety equipment, policies, and regulations.
- Completes weekly vehicle safety checklists and ensures they are sent to Fleet Management at the end of each month.
- Proficient at using NAPA Delivery Tracker
- Helps process online orders and overflow incoming phone calls as needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent required
- Proficiency with computers required.
- Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record required.
- Personal qualities of flexibility, integrity, and confidentiality.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to:
- Wear the proper personal protective equipment for each task, including, but not limited to, safety boots, safety glasses, safety vest, hearing protection, gloves, hard hat, dust mask, etc.
- Regularly lift and/or move 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 40 pounds.
- Ability to reach with hands and arms and use hands to finger, or handle objects, tools, and controls.
- Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs regularly.
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, stoop, kneel or crouch frequently.
- Ability to talk and/or hear frequently.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors regularly in all elements.
