Job Description

If you're someone that enjoys solving problems, working with electrical and mechanical systems, and traveling on-site for installations and service, this could be the right opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

Electrical, Refrigeration & Heating Maintenance: inspect , troubleshoot, and maintain electrical power supplies, refrigeration units, and soldering components in our battery testing systems.
Installation & Service: support new equipment installations both on-site and at client locations; travel may be required.
Equipment Repair:diagnose and repair issues in Neware Battery Testing equipment to ensure optimal operation.
Soldering & Wiring : Perform basic soldering and electronic component work.
Welding (optional): Learn Cooper welding for AC compressor as needed
Troubleshooting: Resolve electrical and mechanical issues across a range of systems.
Team Communication: Collaborate with our engineering team and Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.

what We're Looking For

Hands-on Experience: Background in electrical systems,HVAC/refrigeration, or heating elements preferred
Soldering Skills: Requiered for electronics maintenance
Welding Experience: A plus ,but not required-on-the-job.
Independence and Precision: Able to work with minimal supervision and with high attention to detail
Field work flexibility: Willingness to travel for clients and on-site work
Knowing modern technology: Know how to use a laptop and smartphone.
Language: Mandarin A plus, but not required
Education: Associate degree (preferred)
Experience: 1 year technician (preferred)
Valid Driver's License
