What You'll Do
- Electrical, Refrigeration & Heating Maintenance: inspect , troubleshoot, and maintain electrical power supplies, refrigeration units, and soldering components in our battery testing systems.
- Installation & Service: support new equipment installations both on-site and at client locations; travel may be required.
- Equipment Repair:diagnose and repair issues in Neware Battery Testing equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Soldering & Wiring : Perform basic soldering and electronic component work.
- Welding (optional): Learn Cooper welding for AC compressor as needed
- Troubleshooting: Resolve electrical and mechanical issues across a range of systems.
- Team Communication: Collaborate with our engineering team and Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
what We're Looking For
- Hands-on Experience: Background in electrical systems,HVAC/refrigeration, or heating elements preferred
- Soldering Skills: Requiered for electronics maintenance
- Welding Experience: A plus ,but not required-on-the-job.
- Independence and Precision: Able to work with minimal supervision and with high attention to detail
- Field work flexibility: Willingness to travel for clients and on-site work
- Knowing modern technology: Know how to use a laptop and smartphone.
- Language: Mandarin A plus, but not required
- Education: Associate degree (preferred)
- Experience: 1 year technician (preferred)
- Valid Driver's License
