Salary Range: $62,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of assembly technicians to meet production goals.
- Ensure daily production targets and schedules are met efficiently.
- Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to assembly specifications and standards.
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
- Troubleshoot production issues, equipment malfunctions, and implement corrective actions.
- Optimize assembly processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.

- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of assembly processes, tools, and equipment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
- Proficiency in quality control standards and safety protocols.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
- Experience with automation and robotics in an assembly environment
- Formal project management training or experience
