Key Responsibilities
As a dedicated Registered Nurse RN, you will play a vital role in our resident-centered care model. Your core daily duties include:

Providing high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with state guidelines.

Completing accurate, timely documentation of resident care, conditions, and clinical observations.

Transcribing physician orders, implementing care plans, and coordinating medication orders/refills with pharmacy providers.

Administering medications and treatments precisely as directed.

Collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary care team to promote positive, holistic resident outcomes.
Qualifications

An active, unrestricted Registered Nurse RN license in good standing with the State of Wisconsin.

Strong clinical, assessment, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and seamlessly as part of a collaborative clinical team.

Long-term care experience is preferred, but a passion for resident-centered care is required.
