Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in OKC, Oklahoma. This position offers the opportunity to support daily administrative operations in a dynamic warehouse and industrial setting. Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth warehouse and office operations.
• Maintain and update records and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel with accuracy.
• Manage the procurement and tracking of office and warehouse supplies.
• Input and oversee data in company systems, ensuring reliability and precision.
• Perform general office tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and preparing reports.
• Facilitate communication with team members to streamline daily workflows.
• Assist in answering inbound calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
• Support receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk activities.• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with basic computer operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to and work effectively in a warehouse or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated reliability and ability to work independently.
• Experience with administrative tasks such as data entry and office management.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and external contacts.
