Quality Control (QC) Inspector
Location: Houston, TX 77073
Pay: $17–$20/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time | Manufacturing Environment

We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Inspector to ensure that manufactured products meet company and customer quality standards. This role involves inspecting parts for dimensions, tolerances, hardness, surface finish, and overall compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect products for conformance to specifications

• Approve or reject parts and document results

• Measure dimensions, angles, radii, and surface finish using various tools

• Perform hardness testing

• Verify accuracy of measuring instruments

• Complete inspection reports and job documentation

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Use required PPE and follow all safety protocols

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1–3 years of QC or inspection experience preferred

• Strong math, measurement, and documentation skills

• Proficient in reading technical specifications and using inspection tools

• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, databases)

• Clear communication and organizational skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, and perform fine hand movements

• Lift/move up to 20 lbs occasionally

• Good close vision, depth and color perception required
