What You’ll Do:
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate with families, educators and healthcare providers
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor data and adjust programs to ensure quality outcomes
Requirements:
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Active BCBA certification
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2+ years ABA experience preferred
