We are looking for a detail-oriented Teller to join a reputable bank in Greenwood Village, Colorado. As a Bank Teller, you are the first point of contact for customers in a branch setting. This role is responsible for processing a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and money orders
- Balance cash drawer daily and adhere to all security procedures
- Provide information and assistance to customers regarding bank products and services
- Resolve basic customer inquiries and refer complex requests to appropriate bank staff
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell relevant banking products and services
- Follow all compliance, risk, and regulatory procedures to protect customers and the bank
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cash handling, customer service, or retail experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math and computer proficiency
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours as required by branch needs
