Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Materials, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or Industrial Engineering - we will provide you with essential career training!
- 0+ years of related professional experience
- Ability to work first shift Mondays - Fridays in an industrial environment
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership within the Quality Management team for industrial materials manufacturing, precast concrete
- Conduct inspections and tests on materials and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality issues and develop solutions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to construction and materials testing
- Data collection, analysis and monitoring and calibration of equipment
Benefits
Base Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 + Bonus upon certification within 6 mos + Annual Bonus
