JOB SUMMARY:
As a Partner Account Manager at Alogent you will play a critical role in managing partner relationships and continually discovering and providing value for our partners success. With an abundance of unclaimed opportunities ahead of us, you will be at the forefront of a team that grows Alogents transformative platform to the market on a massive scale. This position is a hybrid role working from our Peachtree Corners, GA headquarters.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works closely with the VP, Business Development on partner operational tasks including purchase order entry, creating reports, and monitoring the ordering of licensing for the assigned partners
- Manage partner relationships from onboarding forward, including creating and managing partner account plans
- Understand partners business model, revenue drivers, business challenges, and goals, as well as those of their clients, to better provide strategic consulting to partners to help them attain their goals
- Successfully advocates for and grows partners relationship with Alogent
- Discovers ways to drive expansion with Alogent by continually engaging with partners to add value, helping them achieve their goals through Alogents products and services
- Helps create and improve materials and training documentation for sales enablement and to demonstrate new product features and educational opportunities to partners
- Hosts virtual platform training sessions, live product demos, and answers platform functionality support questions with partner
- Drives adoption, sets KPIs and delivers on success metrics for our partners
- Identifies and troubleshoots issues that occur, fully owns the partner experience
- Assists in gathering client feedback, defining processes, and identifying best practices
- Communicates client insights across all relevant departments to optimize partner experience and adds value across their portfolio
- Achieves partner success metrics including adoption, portfolio penetration and growth
- Travels to industry events and customer sites as required

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience managing client relationships, ideally in a FinTech industry
- 2+ years of experience in a sales, account management, or customer success related role; Inside Sales is a plus
- Superb writing and communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills and a team player
- A burning desire to win and reach overall company goals
- Someone with customers in mind. Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.
- Someone who enjoys working hard and is action oriented
- Ability to travel up to 20%
PREFERRED:
- Ability to operate in and understand technology used in bank and credit union processing environments
- Understanding of the financial services industry, market landscape, and the ways that market conditions influence, impact, and provide insights to partners
- As part of the team supporting the partners you will be called upon to deliver and document issues that are across groups both at the partner as well as inside Alogent
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- This is a hybrid role 2-3 days in the Peachtree Corners, GA office
