Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CVOR Surgical Technologist to support cardiovascular and vascular surgical procedures in a high-acuity operating room environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience assisting in complex cardiac and vascular surgeries and demonstrate strong teamwork, adaptability, and clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain sterile field for cardiovascular and vascular procedures
• Assist surgeons during complex cardiac and vascular surgeries
• Handle surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment efficiently
• Anticipate surgeon needs and ensure smooth intraoperative workflow
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Case Experience:

Candidates must have experience in the following procedures:

• Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG)
• Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) Repair
• Endovascular Aneurysm Repair (EVAR)
• Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair (TEVAR)
• Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR)
• Mitral Valve Replacement
• Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) procedures
• ECMO procedures
• Carotid Endarterectomy
• Femoral-Popliteal Bypass Graft
• Atrial Septal Defect (ASD) Repair
• Pericardial Window

Additional Case Exposure (Preferred):

• General Surgery
• Laparoscopic / Endoscopic Procedures
• Thoracic Surgery
• Bariatric Surgery
• Transplant Surgery
