Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory culinary role within a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in food production and kitchen management
  • Prior banquet experience and familiarity with catering operations are highly desirable
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and certifications in food handling and hygiene practices
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
  • Strong organizational skills for inventory management and shift coordination
  • Experience in fine dining environments or upscale restaurant settings is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
