Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our team! In this role, you will perform a range of repair and maintenance duties for homeowners and businesses. Customer's needs will vary but will generally include light electrical, plumbing and carpentry, sheetrock repair, assembling furniture and/or painting .

You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Significant past experience as a professional maintenance worker is highly preferred and a positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities:

• Meet customer and conduct repair assessments and guidance
• Troubleshoot and fix the problem
• Purchase materials if needed on the job
• Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Explain the completed work with the customer
• Collect payment upon completion of the work
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance
• Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA)
• Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry
• Have strong attention to detail and able to work independently
• Be knowledgeable about Woof Handyman services
• Own your own tools set: basic carpentry tools, cordless drills, hand saw, crimping tools, wrenches, hammers, etc.
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must be able to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 pounds
• Must be comfortable climbing up tall ladders, working at elevated levels, and under crawl spaces
