Connect Staffing is hiring aProduction LeadinSanta Ana, CAsupporting a manufacturing facility. You’ll mainly run production work and lead/training production team members.
Quick Facts:
- Pay: $22-$25/hr DOE
- Schedule: Monday - Thursday 3:30pm - 2am & Friday - Saturday 1:30pm -10pm
- Location: Santa Ana, CA
- Job Type:Temp-to-Hire
- Work Environment: Manufacturing facility
- Overtime: Must be available
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of recent experience working in amanufacturingenvironment
- Experience serving as alead/line leador training/cross-training production team members
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience inmetal/aluminummanufacturing
- Experience training on productiontools/equipmentand standard work processes
- Exposure tocontinuous improvement/ basic lean practices
- Experience supportingcorrective actions(CAPA) or quality issue follow-up
Preferred prior job titles:Production Lead, Lead Operator, Line Lead, Manufacturing Lead, Production Supervisor, Assembly Lead, Manufacturing Team Lead, Production Operator, Machine Operator, Shift Lead
Responsibilities

- Perform regular production work while serving as a working lead for the area
- Train and cross-train team members on tools, equipment, and standard processes
- Help keep production flow on schedule and support daily output goals
- Watch for equipment or facility issues and report defects promptly
- Support basic corrective actions and continuous improvement activities
- Ensure accidents or injuries are reported promptly and follow site reporting steps
- Communicate updates to supervisors and help coordinate coverage as needed
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively in English/Spanish
- Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer (E-verify hiring site)

- Pass a background check
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
