We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Office Clerkto join our team on a part-time contract basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting day-to-day office functions, including administrative tasks, data entry, and customer service support. Your ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment will contribute significantly to the smooth operation of our office.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and document management
- Accurately enter and maintain data in internal systems
- Assist with customer service tasks, such as responding to inquiries and directing calls or messages appropriately
- Support internal teams with various clerical functions as needed
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage files and documents effectively.
• Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Solid customer service abilities and effective communication skills.
• Experience with scanning and handling both physical and digital records.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
