LHH is a third-party recruiting team partnering with a dynamic company near Mayfield, OH, and we’re looking for a motivated and upbeat Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This is a contract-to-hire position with competitive pay and strong potential for long-term growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing customer accounts and ensuring timely collections
- Applying payments, reconciling accounts, and resolving discrepancies
- Communicating with clients to resolve billing issues professionally and efficiently
- Supporting month-end close and generating AR reports
What You Bring:
- 1–2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar finance roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and a team-first attitude
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (ERP experience is a plus)

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
