Work Schedule (Monday and Friday Required, plus 2 additional days of your choice):

  • Monday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM

About Our Organization

Our organization, like every office we support, is tailored to the community and the patients we serve. With the assistance of a practice manager and a highly skilled on-site team, combined with a vast network of experts nationwide, you will have access to all the resources and support necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid dental hygienist license in Florida and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required)
  • Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

  • We welcome applications from both new graduates and experienced hygienists!
  • Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems is a plus.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and developing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care and overall dental health maintenance.
  • Clinical requirements as specified by the office.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential duties as required by the Office/Doctor/Organization with or without reasonable accommodations. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling the essential responsibilities of the role.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds occasionally.
  • Availability to participate in virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year.
  • To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This is a standard requirement and must be completed before starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, with all necessary guidance provided. Not applicable in certain states.
