Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a passion for supporting school-aged children is needed for a part-time, on-site role based in St. Louis, MO. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple school locations within the district, providing targeted therapy services to students in elementary and district schools.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering individualized speech-language therapy to students, focusing on monolingual English-speaking clients.
- Collaborating with educators and support staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of student progress.
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success.
- Ensuring compliance with state licensing requirements and ASHA standards.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
- Missouri state licensure for SLP.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
- Ability to undergo fingerprinting promptly upon contract signing to meet credentialing deadlines.
Position details:
- Location: St. Louis, Missouri (multiple school sites, on-site only).
- Schedule: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), approximately 3 days per week.
- Contract duration: Immediate start through June 3, 2026.
- Caseload: Students at Trautwein Elementary School and within Pattonville School District.
