Practice Full-Scope Optometry in a Modern, Patient-Focused Clinic
Williston Basin Eyecare Associates is growing and looking to add an Associate Optometrist to our established, high-performing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an OD who wants to practice full-scope optometry in a well-equipped, tech-forward environment—without the burnout of high-volume corporate settings.

Your Day-to-Day
- Perform comprehensive eye exams using advanced diagnostic technology
- Diagnose and manage ocular disease and dry eye conditions
- Provide post-operative care and specialty services (including foreign body removal)
- Collaborate with an experienced clinical team focused on patient outcomes
- Deliver a high-quality patient experience with strong support staff
Technology & Facility
Work in a state-of-the-art clinic designed for efficiency and quality care:
- 10 fully equipped exam lanes
- OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography)
- OPTOMAP retinal imaging
- Wavefront topography
- Visual field testing
- Automated refraction systems

What We’re Looking For
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Active (or ability to obtain) North Dakota optometry license
- Strong clinical skills across a range of patient needs
