The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, academically oriented clinician with a hospital-based background seeking a long-term or permanent role. You’ll be part of a collaborative, multi-provider environment delivering comprehensive dental care across a broad patient population, with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence and continuity of care.
Assignment Details
- Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts
- Start Date: ASAP (targeting 4/27/2026)
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule:
- Monday 8:00am – 8:00pm
- Tuesday 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Wednesday 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Call: Yes (weekly)
- Weekends: Not required
- Setting: Hospital-Based / Academic Dental Department
Patient Volume & Scope
- 10+ patients per day
- Broad scope of general dentistry
- Patient population includes all ages (infants through older adults), with a majority of adult and geriatric patients (PACE program)
Team Support
- 5 FTE General Dentists
- Collaborative, academically driven environment with a strong focus on comprehensive patient care and interdisciplinary support.

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive dental care in a hospital-based setting
- Treat a diverse patient population across all age groups
- Collaborate with a team of providers in an academic environment
- Utilize EPIC (Wisdom) for documentation and patient management
- Participate in call rotation as needed
Requirements
- DDS from a US CODA-accredited dental school (international degrees not accepted)
- Board Certified in Dentistry
- Active Massachusetts dental license
- Hospital-based experience required
- Strong academic background preferred (GPR preferred)
- Comfortable treating patients across all age groups
- Flu vaccination required (no exceptions or waivers)
