Office Clerk

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $20 /hr
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Experience: 2+ years of Office Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative support.
  • Handle incoming calls, directing them professionally and appropriately.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and office events.
  • Maintain and update contact lists and databases.
  • Prepare and distribute office correspondence.
  • Assist in creating reports and maintaining organized filing systems.
  • Oversee office supply orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Perform general clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Manage records related to office space, phone systems, parking, and company credit cards.
  • Support the onboarding process for new team members and assist visitors and clients.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and assist with company events.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish, etc.) is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate.
  • Adaptable and flexible in managing changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
