Customer Support Specialist
Location: Louisville, KY (onsite)
A stable, privately held distribution and logistics company is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to support a high-volume, industrial client base. This organization has a long-standing presence in the market and offers strong stability and growth potential.
Position Overview:
- Manage customer orders, inquiries, and updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
- Support sales and assist with issue resolution
- Maintain records and contribute to process improvements

- Bilingual is a plus
