Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and debug PLC programs for automated manufacturing processes.
- Design and implement HMI/SCADA interfaces for operator control and data visualization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex control system issues, minimizing production downtime.
- Integrate new machinery and robotic systems with existing PLC-controlled environments.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for PLC programs and control systems.
- Support the commissioning and startup of new equipment and production lines.
- Optimize existing PLC programs for enhanced efficiency, reliability, and safety.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell Automation, Siemens) using ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagrams.
- Experience with HMI/SCADA development, configuration, and integration in manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and commission complex automated industrial systems.
- Familiarity with industrial control system architecture, electrical schematics, and machine safety standards.
Bonus Qualifications
- Robotics programming experience (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB)
- Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence)
- Proficiency in higher-level programming languages (e.g., Python, C#) for data acquisition or custom tool development
- Familiarity with IIoT platforms or cloud integration for operational technology (OT) data
